So I had my first big rehearsal with the entire cast today. A challenge to behold! 

We were doing a huge cast improv. The interesting thing is that we’d have everyone go around, acting as their character, mingling with others, then the director would shout, “Freeze!” Then, she’d single out a few students and have them continue their improv while the rest of us watch in frozen silence. Maybe she’ll send another person in to give them a hand or to mix things up. 

I zoned out at the time she was giving those directions and didn’t catch the drama teacher’s directions. So I had no clue what was going on. But I ended up just going with it.
